The CROWN Tapered Screw Densifier Compactor takes light bulk material and efficiently densifies to a molten polymer that can be used as a feedstock for extrusion compounding.

1. Light bulk material of 2-4/ft3 is fed into the densifier compactor
2. Tapered screw design densifies light bulk material into molten polymer of 50-60/ft3 and then feeds into a single screw extruder
